These terms apply to purchases through Naked’s online store in Colombia. Colombian consumer law governs your order.

Products and prices

Review each product’s size, materials, use, care and availability before buying. Prices are in COP and include applicable taxes. Shipping costs and the full order total appear before payment. Promotions apply under the conditions shown with each offer.

Orders and delivery

You can check and correct your order before confirming it. We send an acknowledgment no later than the next calendar day. If an item is unavailable or the delivery deadline is missed, you may end the purchase and receive a full refund within 15 calendar days.

Your rights

See our Shipping Policy, Exchanges, Returns and Warranties, and Withdrawal and Payment Reversal. Statutory rights also apply to discounted and personal-use products.
