Shipping Policy

Shipping options and availability for your address in Colombia appear at checkout. Enter a complete delivery address and contact number. Shipping is free for orders of $110,000 COP or more delivered within Colombia; for other orders, the shipping cost is shown before payment. Review the final total before confirming. International delivery is available only if expressly offered at checkout.

Delivery and tracking

Your delivery timeframe is shown before purchase and in the order confirmation. If no other period is agreed, delivery must occur within 30 calendar days from the day after the order is placed. Ask for updates at sales@naked.com.co or +57 310 466 8867, quoting your order number.

Delays and problems

If an item is unavailable or the applicable delivery deadline is missed, you may end the purchase and receive a full refund within 15 calendar days. Tell us if your order arrives incorrect, damaged or defective; photos help but are not a condition for statutory rights. We cover costs required for incorrect delivery or warranty claims.
